Breakfast: 1 kiwi, Thai rice soup w/ fermented cabbage, citrus kombucha, half small soy latte

Lunch: steamed vegetables, tofu + pineapple

Snack: half apple, Ezekial toast w/ half banana, soy nut butter, chia seeds, hemp hearts

Dinner: power greens salad w/ Braggs aminos, flax seeds, sesame seeds, tofu, pomegranate seeds, strawberry kombucha

Snack: a few brown rice crackers w/ hummus, pumpkin seeds, hot tea

Such a relieving practice this morning. Everything is so auspicious before sunrise. The beauty of the darkness and silence before most people awake is inexplainable. But really it should be like this at all times during the day. We always have the chance to start anew. We always have the chance to go outside and enjoy Mother Nature, whether its dark, light, raining, snowing, or scorching hot.
